Service Areas

Big Sky Telecom's wireless DSL coverage areas take in approximately 100 square miles from six tower locations.  All wireless service is "line of sight" only and distance limitations at present is 20 miles from access tower.

Towers are located on:

1) Freezeout - Emmett
2) Big Sky Telecom downtown Emmett
3) Squaw Butte - Emmett
4) Clay Peak - Payette
5) Wilderness Ridge - Bogus Basin Boise
6) Caldwell Airport
7) Purple Sage (Middleton)
8) Emmett Water tower (coming early 2005)

Plans are underway for four more towers in the next year pending costs and service requests.  If your area isn't included, please check back periodically.  If your area is included and you believe you have line of sight to one of these towers, chances are you can get service.  Please call Big Sky Telecom for verification and/or site survey.
