1. Open your Outlook Express, Outlook 98 or Outlook 2000 mail program.
2. Go to the "Tools" menu then select "Accounts"
3. Click on the mail account to change then select "Properties"

4. Select the "Servers" Tab at the top.
5. Make sure both the Incoming mail (POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP) boxes both have "pophost.bigskytel.com".
6. Check only the "My server requires authentication" box at the bottom left as shown below.

7. Click "Apply" then "OK" to save changes.
8. Repeat steps again if you have more email accounts.
9. Test to make sure you are okay by sending an e-mail message to yourself.
