1. Open your Netscape Mail program.
2. Go to the "Edit" menu then select "Preferences"
3. Click on "Mail & Newsgroups" on left panel to expand the menu
4. Click on "Mail Servers" on left panel
5. Check to see if "Outgoing Mail SMTP Server" lists "pophost.bigskytel.com".

6. Click on the "Incoming Mail Servers" listing of "pophost.bigskytel.com" then click "Edit" button.
7. Copy down YOUR User Name information..
8. Verify that the "Outgoing mail server user name" matches the "Incoming mail server user name
9. Click "OK" to save the changes and test by sending an e-mail message to yourself.
