1. Open your Eudora mail program.
2. Go to "Tools" menu then select "Options".
3. Click on "Personalities" on left panel as show below.
4. Look under the "Sending Mail" section to see if "pophost.bigskytel.com" is the SMTP server.
5. Check "Allow authorization" as shown below.
6. Check to see if you have more than 1 Personality and repeat Steps 4-5 then continue to Step 7 below

7. Click "OK" to save changes and exit settings
8. Test by sending an email to yourself to make sure all is still okay.
